When I sync my character the information is not updating. The signature seems to be working, just the information won't update to what I have currently. Here is the log. I think I have the same problem, my signature shows and everything, but the details won't update even though I have synced my character. It's funny though because on the profile page it seems to update fine, it's just the signatures that don't.

you're doing better than me it sounds like. mine doesnt update anywhere. i press sync and it says the the sync is successful but then i open my profile and all the information is the same. i've tried resync'ing and even tried different characters with the same results

Thank you, folks. It seems to be a cache issue that is affecting both profiles and signatures and should be corrected with our next patch. We will let you know as soon as we have an update on it. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding.
