Not sure if this is because im new to the site or not, i have checked the known bugs and neither these things showed up.
I have no items in my inventory slots.
And on my main character who has all the keys i know of, it displays him as having none. I never bothered checking my other characters.

Hi Eggman55 and welcome to Magelo !
Both keys and inventory is something that only works when you sync your character using our client Magelo Sync because unfortunately, this information is otherwise missing in the armory.
