Since signing up to your service I have been receiving private spam messages from companies selling gold etc. I have blocked & reported these attempts using a spam filter add-on (couldn't live without this). However, I believe someone is using your service for spam. Please look into this or remove my character's details from public view please.
This started happening within about 10 minutes of signing up to your service and I was in a dungeon at the time. This was specifically targeted at me by two separate characters within about 10 minutes of each others. I believe this is of high priority for you to fix as this will surely put users off from signing up to your service.

Please remember that correlation does not imply causation. I assure you that we don't share or sell any user information we have and we don't have any security breach that would allow someone to steal user information from us like. I am also pretty sure you wouldnt be the only one to report this to us.
Just to be on the safe side, we will audit a few things to make sure we are indeed safe and no one compromised our system but I highly doubt it.
I will keep you posted but you should assume it's not coming from us and start wondering where else the culprit could be.

A quick audit on our system reveals no suspicious activity that would lead to compromise our user details, we will keep an open eye for now but as I said above, I am pretty sure that there is no leak from our end.
