I logged in to the Magelo, But it cant find my character.

Hi Hamidreza,
Sometimes, Magelo Sync will take a couple of minutes to detect your character the first time you run it. If it still does not find your character after 3 minutes, the log file will be helpful towards helping us pinpoint the source of the problem.
Press Ctrl + Shift + L when Magelo Sync is active to open up the log, then copy and paste the contents into the bug report post. You can also find the log in your Magelo Sync installation directory (magelo.log).
