Hello therealmonkey and welcome on the Magelo forum!
I double check your account and your characters have been properly imported now. Sorry for the issue, sometimes the server crash as the Armory is not stable since the new Community Site has been released for WoW. So we have to restart our own server each time the Armory has an issue. And thanks for your help we can do it each time someone report a problem

Hello Norraa,
There is actually a bug on the official Armory site since this week-end. They removed some information we need related to guild. This issue has for consequence that all characters guilded cannot be imported or updated at the moment. We though they would fix that quickly but we might work on another solution to get back the information. We will keep you posted. You can still use Magelo Sync as an alternative if you wants to.

The Armory site fixed the bug related to guild and you should be able to import or update your characters guilded. Please let me know how it goes!

My character is stuck in queue as well.

I managed to import my Mage's armory, however queue is stuck on my warrior 85 I want to import.

Hello Seph32,
It seams you finally pass the first step of the import. You just need now to log into the game and unequip a slot to finalize the process. Please go to your characters page and follow the instruction. Let me know how it goes

Hi loulina, I've tried it a few times I logged out last night with my wrists equiped, but I just logged out again with my bracers unequiped. but my character is stuck in the queueu again.

The Armory site might have again an issue as everything is ok on our side. We need to investigate and we will get back to you asap. Really sorry!

armory import doesn't seem to be working since 4.2
the update button functions (I am shown my position in the list etc), but when it finishes I still see old gear on some of my characters.
example:
  • the pointy hat on my rogue in my signature has been replaced but still shows


(I'm intentionally not using the client to upload my character data)

The new awaited API that will allow us to tap into characters info from Battle.net new platform is finally live since yesterday! So we need to work on migrate our system from the old armory site to this one.

In the meantime, you may have some issue with the current Armory import, as the one krullthor mentioned yesterday. So give us a little time to work on the migration. We will do our best to provide some news soon.

I don't know how far you are in the process of updating everything, but I just noticed something.
my warrior and hunter have updated gear, but my paladin and rogue 'still' don't.

one of the differences is that warrior& hunter were previously in the (long) queue for an automatic update and for my rogue & paladin I kept hitting the manual Update link on a daily basis.

could it be that the Update link points to the old armory and the automatic updates look to the new armory? or isn't that how it works?
Interesting, I will put it to the test by not updating manually

yay, I just discovered what my non-updating characters have in common.

for all of them, their 2nd spec has become their main spec (and thus the spec I logged off in).
in my Character screen I noticed an arrow next to their other spec (which is now their offspec, still with me?).

On the character screen, I pressed Edit and I have changed the [Main specialization] option to the current one and now my characters' avatars show the correct gear.

my rogue again for example: here my main spec was set to Combat (but I always log out as Subtlety). Now that I have changed the setting to Sub as main spec, I finally see her Vicious gear
in stead of the old pointy hat

Yes, by default your profile reflect the spec your character have when you logout from the game. And as you already find out, you can specify the "main spec" for your character in "My characters > Edit > ID card". Glad your resolve your issue
