I thought you can create your profile manually but I have to download the client... but there is no MAC client.
So where can I delete my Account now?

I love Magelo and have since the EQ days, but in all honesty, to release this for WoW knowing that WoW has a MAC client and simply not planning for it or intending to address it is very, very sloppy and far below expectation.
One should support the platforms supported by the game itself. Offering a manual entry is nice, but I cannot convince my guild to move to your system unless it supports all of us. I think you will find this to be common overall.

I'm a long time Magelo user from back in the EQ1 Days
http://eq.magelo.com/profile/17608 (Only a 5 digit profile ID lawls)
I have to chime in on the Mac issue like all those before me, I too play WOW on a mac. Until Magelo allows manual creation of profiles (and the ability to have alt profiles like Resist Gear, PVP Gear, Raid Gear, etc) its not that much of an upgrade from wowarmory.
I also have concerns that since you're not using the approved WOW api via LUA add-ins, that you are reading data direct from memory owned by the WOW executable. If I am not mistaken that is a violation of the EULA. Since WOW was nice enough to provide and API for extracting such data (unlike EQ), they're reaction to Magelo may be hostile, as it has been toward other 3rd party apps that read/write to WOW's memory (usually cheats/hacks).
You guys dont have to re-invent the wheel. Thottbot, Allahkazams, WOWhead, WOWRoster.net to name a few already use a 2 part system to collect data in game via LUA addons, then have programs or webpages that send that transfer the data to the website to be parsed and loaded.

I too was sad to see the Magelo Sync file downloaded as a .exe file. The dynamics of the sync program are an extremely fun and helpful tool to keep my characters up to date.
Considering the general graphics capability of Magelo Sync there is every reason to get it up and running as a Mac client asap
- just considering the fact that Macs today are the dominant tool used in all graphics and design industries
- more and more ppl. are leaving Windows to take advantage of the OS X platforms stability, security and performance
- Gamers such as myself are finally realising the advantages of running for example WOW on Tiger or Leopard since we have less downtime due to "service pack installs" "virus scans" "I need to re-boot because my system has to re-load file bla bla bla". We just click "Enter World" and then play away.
So I believe it would be an enormous advantage to Magelo to finally seriously include Mac users in their plans. Very soon they cannot afford to not do so.

On Linux, you can download Sun Java SE 6 and then install the client with WINE. It is a little buggy, but works. Though I don't use a Mac, perhaps using WINE for Mac would allow you to do the same thing... Worth a try.

Perhaps there should be a *competitor* to come in and make a new service that would do things the right way.... /ponder
also, fyi, it is a HUGE security risk to send user and PASSWORD via the e-mail activation. sounds to me like the folks at magelo should start listening to *Security Now* http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=79016499

personally, I thought pc always meant personal computer, and mine happens to be mac. would have loved the sig option, too bad it seems like I cant get that unless I am able to sync.
dont quote the pc thing, it could mean "party cool" for all I know. not that I would want to party with a windows client >_<
