When you import a character from the Armory we ask you to empty a specific slot in game to verify that you are the owner of the character.

In your case, for your shaman:
1/ Log your character in the game and remove the item contained in the "Ranged" slot, then log out.
2/ Go on the Magelo website and click the "Verify" button
Your character should then appear on Magelo.
