I don't have an issue with synch anymore now that I switched the WoW game client from 64 bit to 32 bit, however I have no image of my characters at all 3D or otherwise, need some help here plz

This is a known issue. We had to disabled the 3D when we patched Magelo Sync for MOP. We still have to work on it and we will keep you posted when it will be back.
