Just joined, and followed the instructions to unequip my chest, then verify. says verification in process and has been for sometime now.

Really sorry for the late reply,
I check your characters page and it looks like we are asking you again to unequip an item an verify. If you already did it one time, that should not start again.
Could you please delete your character on Magelo and try again to import it.
Please let me know if the issue is still there.

Hello ameria_veriumas,

We are still working on the update of Magelo Sync and the Armory Import to cope with the last game update so you cannot update your character at the moment. Everything should be ready this week so keep an eye on the homepage announcement where we will post an update.

That was posted on 07 Jan, it is now 21 Jan. Character import/updating still does not work for me. Any updates? Thanks.

Jelan was not able to finalize this update last week. He told me he should be able to finally do it in the next few days. I will let you know when it's done.

What is the meaning of all that you have to lie that there are upgrading? If you do three months of renovation, I doubt your professionalism ..

The site as a whole hasn't been updated in ages. The last raid that appears in the "zone" search function is Firelands. No items, dungeons, raids, NPCs, or zones from the entire MoP expansion have been added. But - this site had two things going for it: (1) the web filtering software at my place of work doesn't block Magelo (it blocks the WoW homepage, WoWhead, WoWwiki, IcyVeins, etc); and (2) I could at least update my character to check his current gear. I haven't been able to update my character since AUGUST OF LAST YEAR - but, at least the site still isn't blocked. I've gotten into running old raids lately for transmog purposes, so there's still decent info on Vanilla/BC/WotLK gear sets I can access - I suppose that's something.

It would be nice if they would just post a statement saying "the site is no longer being updated", then refund any appropriate money to Premium members (thank goodness I'm not a premium member), but I doubt that will happen. I expect if we do get a reply, it will be along the standard lines of "Sorry for the delay, Jelan thinks he'll have the update finished sometime next week" that I've seen about 5 different versions of already.

Magelo Sync and Armory import are functional again and the database has been updated with the latest game data. There is still some work to do to have fully functional profile and database. All WoW premium members will be indemnify for the time lost.

Confirmed, I can update and view profiles for all three of the characters that I have already imported via Magelo sync. (Can't confirm until I get home that the import function itself is working.) Thanks for the update!
