I am getting the error that magelo sync is unable to retreive my character's status. When I start the sync client it displays all my character information, quests, equipment, etc.; but I get the error when I use the sync now button. I play on the retail Muradin realm. Hi PrizmPaladin, I checked our log and I spotted a server side error, it may be why you were unable to sync your character few days ago. This error will be fixed with our next server update. In the mean time, you could give it a try again, there's chances it will not happen as it is very specific.
