Hello and thanks for the reply, Idawen.
According to the log shown, there shouldn't be any problem running Magelo Sync with the Silvermoon server as no error message came up. It might be that you need to wait a few minutes to have the character detected. Either that, or it might be that the firewall may have blocked part of the process.
If you can let us know what error message you're getting, it will help us out a lot.

Hi again.. here are a new log.
wanted to add a pict. but its not supported.
When i press sync a popup says.. The server you're playing on is unsupported: Silvermoon.
with only a ok button.
The profile showd my new lev. today. but it says it was Latest sync: 2008/08/25 19:21:34..
but i got that lev yesterday.

Hi Idawen,
It looks like our team is still working on this issue, sorry for the wait. From what I've been told, it looks like it might either be something to do with the servers being blocked due to conflict with 'alternate' servers, or it might be a localized problem with the PC. If there's anyone playing WoW EU that can come forward and let us know if they can Sync characters in EU Silvermoon and EU Booty Bay (RUS), that would help us out a lot.

I did some searching in guild list EU server Silvermoon..
found out that most of the members is synced in juli.
Found some in august, and some in Sept.
this two 9-10 sept. so it shuld work for some of us.

And if you put all your guys into ths error before some stat error it

Hi again Idawen!
I've just had word from our team; there's several possible reasons for this to happen.
Could you try to reinstall Magelo Sync? It would also help to close and restart Magelo Sync if you encounter the error without logging out of the character in-game.
There may also be a conflict with the cache in your World of Warcraft folder. I would recommend backing up your addons and removing the WTF, Cache and Interface folders and trying again.
I'm not sure if you've tampered with your realmlist.wtf file, I would suggest fixing your copy of WoW with the repair tool if you suspect that to be the case.
Please let me know if any of those solutions worked, your patience is much appreciated!
