hello for some reason my shoulders on all my pic. dont seem to show up can you please help me on this

Hello Persia and welcome to the Magelo boards! The avatar for your signature is based on your character's 3D profile. We're still working with the 3D engine to fix this, but it's a problem that will take quite some time to correct and it's been in the Known Issues thread for quite a while.
