When I open Sync, it sits at the looking for character screen. I have tried loading it then loading wow, loading wow then loading sync. It just sits there then freezes.

Hi folks!
Magelo Sync will sometimes take several minutes before detecting your character.
Could you provide the Magelo Sync log if you've waited over 5 minutes without detecting the character please? Hit Ctrl + Shift + L to open up the log, then copy and paste the contents into the reply post. We should be able to identify what went wrong.
