Would you mind letting me know the error message that you're getting when trying to Sync your characters?
The contents of the Magelo Sync log would also help us identify the problem. If you wouldn't mind, could you please open up the log when you get the error and copy + paste the contents of the log here? To open up the Magelo Sync log, hit Ctrl + Shift + L.
