Hi
I just installed the new synch and tryed to update my toon, it just sits saying it can not see my toon. So seems like the new update you did does not work

Update: We've just patched Magelo Sync and it works with 3.0.8a now.

Hi Bukz, I've just checked our records and we've fixed the issue. Can I assume you've been able to Sync your character a little after you've made the post?

I think i've the same problem 
The Sync cannot detect my character. Checked again and only doesn't show up my Main Paladin, the rest it show's without a problem.
What's the problem? From my side or the application?

Hi my magelo says sync successful and it does show my character but my character doesnt show on my account on the website.. it just shows how to install magelo even tho i have it. And yes it works on my husbands pc ok. He has had it for a while. I tried this the other night and even after 3 hours my character did not show on my account. i have sync successful about 7 times but no character to see on the website.

Hi maree63,
Could you tell me if you are logging into both Magelo Sync and the website with maree63? You'll have to log into maree63 in Magelo Sync if you want it to save your characters for that session into your account.

Ruffs, have you tried restarting Magelo Sync when this occurs? It may be a lack of resources that has caused this to happen.
