On intial sync magelo recognized charector and stats, however now ever time i try to sync it tells me game is not running and I need to lauch. Please help

Hello MaximusOmega,
Can you tell me which game have you been trying to Sync? I see you have managed to Sync your EverQuest character just fine; but currently our World of Warcraft channel has to be patched before Magelo Sync will work with the latest game version. We have no estimate on how long the downtime will be, but we are doing all we can to minimize it.
