Can i sync my character from a cracked server with 3.0.9?

Do we need to be updated to the last patch and to be playing on a retail server?
Coz i play on a cracked server and on the 3.0.9 and soon on the 3.1.3 and i need to sync my character
When i try it gives me an error that i cant
Is there a way or i need to play on retail and patch to the latest patch?

Hi Nasr10, the quick answer is no, it shouldn't.
Magelo will only be able to support official World of Warcraft (retail) servers.
