Hey there
I had problems for a while now and I cannot sync my characters I get a error message of "Unexpected end of file from sever" I have trying reinstalling Magelo several time with not change.
Please Help!

Hi Talium,
Does it happen on all your characters ? Can you try to delete on Magelo one of your characters and then try to sync it, does it solve the issue ?

No it does not ..... I even try creating a new character got it to lvl 10 and tryed syncing it. I delete all my characters and try re-syncing them but that doe not solve the problem

Would it be possible to provide the Magelo Sync log when this happens please? You can open up the log while Magelo Sync is active by pressing Ctrl + Shift + L.

Talium, would it be possible to delete the Magelo Sync folder in your PC entirely before downloading and re-installing it please? You should be able to find it in C: > Program Files > Magelo.

Thank you, Talium. Could you please tell me if you have difficulties accessing any part of the website? A firewall might have blocked some processes in Magelo Sync, so I would suggest checking if your firewall/antivirus has Magelo Sync blocked for any reason.
We're also checking up on this issue from our end; once we have updates, we'll let you know asap.
Mini-Update : Could you try deleting the "Sync.properties" file in your Program Files > Magelo > Magelo Sync folder on its own please?

I delete the file and is still not syncing

Hi Talium,
Apparently it appears that Magelo Sync crashed due to something that shouldn't be in the cache folder. Would you mind going to your "World of Warcraft" folder and deleting the "Cache" folder in it, then run the game and Magelo Sync again please? The game will automatically re-create the cache folder and contents when you do this, so you shouldn't have any problems.
