I signed up a few weeks ago and my character has never updated. Is there something that I need to do for him to update?

Hello Elemenope and welcome on the board!
When you import your character from the Armory it should be updated 1 time a day, if something changes in the Armory (any piece of equipment, stat,...). If nothing changes, the profile is not updated. I took a look to your character profile , and you absolutely right, it didn't update properly. We will investigate about that and we will get back to you ASAP.

Elemenope, your character is automatically updated again! We have applied a fix to it and will continue to monitor the situation to find out any irregular Armory-side activity that may have contributed to this bug. If you happen to see this issue again, please do not hesitate to contact us!

My profile updates daily now. But my 3d model doesnt change with the new gear. Any way to fix this?

Your issue with the 3D model should be fixed Elemenope. Please just wait the Armory update your page to check your Profile again and see the changes. Please keep us posted if nothing changes after 1 day. Thanks!

Not fixed...Character model still doesnt update and now my char hasn't updated new items or guild.

We just add yesterday a new feature to allow you to update your character when you want. Just click the button ''Update'' for your character in ''My characters'' page. If you still have some difference in your gear and guild, please keep us posted! Thanks Elemenope!

In the "My Characters" page, where is this "Update" option located? Magelo the program itself simply doesn't allow me to update anymore, despite reinstalling it, and updating my Java drivers. I really enjoy using this page, but the headaches I get from not being able to sync on a daily basis are really becoming a major issue for me. :[

Hi Gavenrod,
To access this feature, your character must be Imported from the Armory - ie you may have to delete the character, then add it to your character list again using the Armory Import feature.
If you wouldn't mind, could you please post the Magelo Sync log of your latest session? That would really help us figure out what went wrong with it if you were unable to Sync your character. To access it, you need to press Ctrl + Shift + L while Magelo Sync is active (not in the background). Alternately, it should be available in your Program Files > Magelo > Magelo Sync > Magelo (as a .txt document)

Give Magelo Sync another try, I am pretty sure it should work seamlessly now that we have patched it for 3.3.3
|
