Would you mind restarting World of Warcraft and Magelo Sync the next time this happens please?
If that does not work, please post the contents of your Magelo Sync log and we should be able to figure out what may have happened. To access the Magelo Sync log, press Ctrl + Shift + L while Magelo Sync is active.
Have you ever made any changes to the realmlist file in your World of Warcraft folder?
