I'm attempting to find something new for my toon to wear when it comes to gear and figured this would be the perfect tool, but I can't get it to work. No matter what I click on it always says "No item found". It works for enchants, or it seems to, but it doesn't work at all for my armor, weapons, or trinkets.

Strike that. Now it works.
However, now I've got a different problem. It's listing my toon as a tank and only showing tank gear, enchants, and gems... the profile I've got loaded right now isn't tank. It's DPS.

Hi VezRoth,
Welcome to Magelo ! We will usually detect your archetype just fine but there are some exceptions mainly if you are a druid feral or a deathknight dps/tank.
You can switch to DPS in My characters -> Edit -> Identity Card
In your case, You can switch to another presence than frost that will automatically switch you to DPS.
Let us know how it goes.

Worked beautifully! Now... it's not giving me a listing of upgrades for my new archetype. Crap... maybe it just needs time to refresh, I'll check back tomorrow.

I think this site is going to be my new favorite place to go! Hah, I've never gotten this kind of immediate feedback from a dev team in any game I've done, this is wonderful.
