I am sorry liweizhou but the import of character from Chinese server is not possible at the moment.
When Cataclysm was launched in December 2010, we updated our website to reflect the new game mechanics applied with WoW latest patch (4.0.1). We are really sorry but for the moment Chinese players cannot use Magelo Sync or the Armory import to update their characters and it will not be possible until the Patch 4.0.1 will be applied in China. Hopefully soon!
