Brand new to Magelo, so may just be a newb thing. But made a profile, downloaded sync, it sync'd fine...I go to profile and character Drakaz is there, but no items show up on him. What am I doing wrong? Not premium member yet ( payday soon...) if that has any affect. Thanks in advance for any help

Hi bigpapapump! Magelo Sync will only update your character's identity and guild information with a registered account. The full auto sync is indeed a Premium feature but I saw you just took the Premium trial, so I guess you tried to sync before right? You just need to sync again your character and the profile will be complete. Please try again and let me know how it goes Hope you will enjoy discovering Magelo!
