If you click on the "My Inventory" link on the magelo website, and type an item name (partial names work) It show you a list of which characters have those items. If you move the mouse pointer over the character name in the location column, you'll get a pop up that shows you which bag the item is in.

Thanks for that. I did not know that.
But there is an additional problem
When I do the above search, the items do NOT appear. When I search Database/ Items/ Advanced search/ My characters/ Intricate Defiant Plate ... the two items I named above DO show in Medliz's inventory.

Hello Paloverde,
I checked your profile and inventory and there is no trace of those 2 items.
It's possible the issue is more linked to where those items are located in your bags.
Are they at the bottom of a bag? If yes, could you try to stack them in the beginning of it and sync again? If you can find them in your profile after this test, that's mean we don't handle well something.
