I can't get Sync to open. Enter name and password hit login and nothing.

Same problem, two machines... Now primary machine changed to :

The downloaded descriptor seems to be invalid, report this error and we'll fix it as soon as possible. If it is the first time this problem occurs, try running Magelo Sync once again. Go to www.magelo.com and check the forums for further help.

When I clicked on "Forums" link it too me to a document error, by the way....

Hi guys,

Sorry for the trouble, it was a temporary glitch on our side, the issue is now fixed !
