World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria is now available!

Many new contents will arrive with this new expansion such as a new Pandaren race, a new Monk class and a vast new world to discover!
Learn more visiting the official Mists of Pandaria website or reading the Game guide and the Survival Guide.
On the Magelo front, we are still working on the update of the website, Magelo Sync and the Armory import. You cannot yet update your characters and we will keep you posted as soon as it's possible again.

Likely this comes from what is called "scope creep" at software companies. Instead of delivering a working product with minor modifications when they should have they continuously add one new feature after another. Eventually they add so many new features that they can't get things to work and by that time their customers have left them.
Two months later with nothing basically means you are dead in the world of progressive technology.

As usual they will refund premium members with extra subscription time, stop lamming this is not a little patch !

We are sorry it takes so much time but this expansion introduces a lot of changes.
We made good progress on the Armory Import and Magelo Sync front, and we will keep you posted when they will be available again.
As Jayce mentioned, we will add extra time on Premium members subscriptions to compensate the time lost.

We still need a little more time to support Mop, I am sorry, we will not be ready for the end of November. I wanted to keep you posted, even if this is not a good news. If this is because you want to now support the item upgrade method Blizzard just added I would say don't stall. Deliver that separately because at this point you are so far behind the eight ball you won't be able to ever catch up.

You have had over three months to get something done for MoP and still nothing. Any updates now that is the new year and 5.2 is just a bit away? Or are we expected to be treated like mushrooms, being feed crap and kept in the dark?

I have used the magelo website in the past and I liked it. When the new MOP Patches came out I decided to use this web application again. On October 14, 2012 I paid $12.30 for a four month subscription. I downloaded the magelo Sync 64 tool for my new computer but I could not get it to work. Then I installed the magelo Sync 32 tool in hopes that would solve my problem – it did not.
I started looking over the website for help or issues and was disappointed to learn that the problem with this website not working happened before I paid my good money.
I saw a statement published a number of times starting September 10, 2012. As always, we will compensate our premium users with extra time on their subscriptions. Users of your application were also asked to please be patient. I figured, hey, its a big job; it looks like they will make everything right once they get their updates fixed.
Now I get an e-mail stating my subscription is about to expire and I need to renew it. A new sentence was in the renewal notice e-mail: Please note that the remaining time of your subscription will be added to the new subscription time.
WHAT – You want me to pay again for something I have not been able to use since I paid in October. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me!
Keep my $12.30 and thanks for nothing!

yeah they keep saying that they will compensate users but I have yet to see one iota of compensation from them. Honestly I think at this point that Magelo is a scam as far as WoW players are concerned. They seem to be focusing on EQ and Rift which is honestly perplexing since WoW has the larger userbase.
That and they have yet to give a update on the progress of their work for the WoW portion of the site.

WoW как Мамонт, устарел, и мы теперь вынужены терперь неудобства. Хоть и платим за это деньги. Сейчас заканчивается подписка, и продлевать я ее не буду ни за что! Дарить деньги могут позволить себе только полные дебилы. Что качается компенсации, что ж, была, когда играл в Rift 1,11 но теперь я там уже не играю. Синхронизация не работала но по компенсации опять обманули
29 ноября установлено обновление 1.11 "Приближение бури!" Перестала работать

Объявили что работает. В итоге прошло 22 ДНЯ! а компенсировали всего 15 дней, очень выгодная арифметика.....

We understand your frustration and we are once again really sorry for the long wait.
Reading your message TethAdam, I realize we could right now compensate all our WoW Premium users. We usually wait we patch the website to calculate exactly the time we need to grant, but in this context, the time lost is too long and you are right, we need to start compensate you. We were down since Patch 5.0.4 applied at the end of August, so we just granted 5 months to all of our WoW Premium users.
gfleeman, The email you received is an automated reminder we send to all our WoW Premium users when their subs is going to expire. I agree the timing is not good. Sorry for the bad experience so far. Your account has been granted 4 months again.
Finally, to give you all an update on our progress, the Armory import and Magelo Sync should work again in the next few weeks. We target end of January / beginning of February. We will keep you updated. Of course, we will add again more extra time to all our WoW Premium users depending on when the website will be patched.

I wanted to reply to your post here, even if it would have been more appropriate in the Rift forum. I think you made a confusion. Basically, Magelo Sync was correctly updated on Nov 30 for Rift 1.11. Then another game patch was applied on Dec 11 but we didn't update Magelo Sync right away. Magelo Sync was updated on Dec 22 (11 days after the patch). So we apologized for the issue, as explained in this topic, and we compensate our Premium users with 15 days. So we actually compensated more time than we should have done, and not the opposite.
