i have my characters in the que for validation for almost 4 hours now and they have not been done, also the Magelo Sync doesn't find any of my characters as well. help on this issue would be awesome. Win specs win 7 - 64bit, have both java 7 32 & 64 bit installed.

We are still working on the update of the website, Magelo Sync and the Armory import to support MOP. You cannot yet update your characters and we will keep you posted as soon as it's possible again. We are sorry it takes so much time but this expansion introduces a lot of changes. We thank you again for your support and patience.

My character is stuck in que as well. Position in que 1 (0:18). Will this resolve itself, or did I do something wrong?

Please keep an eye on this thread where we give the recent update about our patch: http://wow.magelo.com/en/forum/messages.jspa?topic=11352&page=1 As you can read there, we will patch the website soon to let you synchronize and import your character again. At the moment, it is not working yet.
