Hello.
I have a problem.
I downloaded the program to synchronize my characters on Magelo,
but I start Warcraft and does not sync anything.
I also tried to start the game by launching it from Magelo Sync,
but I'm not start the game and tells me that the game has already started,
even if the game is not active,
or start it manually.
Maybe lacking in Magelo Sync still patch?
I play on server Italians,
are supported?
I ask why not see them in the list of "Armory import".

Hi Robyx,
Could you please post your Magelo Sync log here?
You just need to try again to sync your character and when the error orccurs, press "ctrl + shift + L", keeping the focus on Magelo Sync. A window will open with a code, you can copy and past in your message. It will help us figure out the issue.

Hi Robyx and sorry for the late reply.
I don't see any info on the log... could you please try again, following this process:
1- start the game and log your character in the game
2- start Magelo Sync and login with your magelo username/password
3- Magelo Sync should automatically detect your character, if nothing happens, press "ctrl + shift + L" to get a fresh log and post it in your reply please.
Could you let us know the name of the server you are playing on?
You said it was an Italian server, I need to double check if we already support it.

We don't expect it to work but it will give us some information to support Well Of Eternity server.
