I open Magelo sync and my character shows up. I click the sync button for my character and I get the following error message...
"Unable to retrieve character's status."

Character doesn't even show up now when I open Magelo Sync.
I tried uninstalling, downloading the latest, then reinstalling.

Character shows up again, but I am still unable to sync.

I tried on another computer with a fresh install of Windows 8.1, Java and Magelo Sync; same error.

Another patch as been applied on the test server... We are working on the update of Magelo Sync.
