I know this has been addressed before but I am getting this message when i run magelo sync No JVM could be found on your system.Please define EXE4J_JAVA_HOME to point to an installed 64 bit JDK or JRE or download a JRE from java.com. I have tried the workarounds listed in an earlier thread and they did not work so trying to see what can be done.

Hi Kiyaya, As I don't know what exactly you tried before, let's start by making sure you have both Java 7 32 bit and Java 7 64 bit installed on your computer. Then try to sync your character again and let me know how it goes. Both Java versions can be downloaded from this link: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
