When reviewing achievements for my main (105 Berserker) I am seeing achievements for my alt shadowknight such as epic 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and alternate advancement milestones that the Berserker can't hit for several expansions. There is a drop down to select a specific character name; but the data seems to be improperly consolidating.

Looks to be resolved now, ran sync again and erroneous entries were no longer visible.

Glad to hear it got resolved, I believe it can happen that Magelo Symc is reading some incorrect data from time to time. Usually re syncing your character does the trick as you find out. Let us know if that happens again.

The problem has resurfaced, my berserker has completed achievements for shadowknight epics etc, I may end up deleting and recreating my sk profile. I will sync again to see if it resolves.

Just syncing again should fix it, there is no reason why deleting and re creating your profile from scratch would be any different.
Can you check your Magelo log to see if there is any hint that your achievements could not be read ?
