I have a problem...when I hit the sync starting program, n acknowledge it, I then get a text box that says: windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the items.' I have win 8.1, java 8.31, on a dell. I have the jre in 32 as well as 64 bit sections. im a returning premium member, and have used magelo for a most of the 12 years I have played EQ1, and just ordered a years worth (and 3 free months added) as premium member rite before I downloaded sync on this 2 month old computer. I am baffled by this n even changed the downloaded location to c if that was the problem, after I had had a problem with the jre in 64bit location, n that fixed that error message, but then a new one came up??? ne help, suggestions or a fix I have overlooked in the forums will be greatly appreciated. thank you
