I can not change the level of my character and all of my items says they do not exist.

Hi dakotah, You cannot manually change the level of your character and you can only equip items that match your level. I saw you took the Premium trial yesterday, so you could fully sync your character with Magelo Sync. Hope everything is ok. Let me know if I can help you with anything else.
