My old profiles from Luclin work just fine but I cannot see any gear on my new profiles from Lockjaw that I just synced last night. It shows the skill levels and all that, just no gear or bank items, etc. Am I doing something wrong?

So I synced again, and same thing. I had to actually click the link from within the program to get the website to update and show my gear (not just my skills). Don't know if that is intended or not. If it is I guess I missed it, if not, well that is the workaround.

Hi mike2022, You just need to go to your account page and free your game slots. You are currently using the 3 game slots allowed, this is why you cannot sync a character on another server. Have a look to this FAQ entry for more details: What are game slots

Hi, Actually, I was doing the free 10 day trial, and it showed I was using 0/1 game slots at the time. I ended up just subscribing and it worked. So I was able to sync on all 3 accounts that I use. If you have to be subscribed for gear to show up via Magelo Sync, then that was likely the problem. If auto sync gear is supposed to be free, then something was bugged.

The profile is private and viewable only by you during your trial period.
