I deleted characters from my magelo and tried to sync my new one. Yet my slots are still taken? Any help here?

Hi sabbin, Deleting a character will not free a slot (more info here). All your slots are currently taken and you already used the option to reset them once during your subscription, but yo wish you a happy new year, I manually reset them all again. Enjoy
