I run Sync and it says eq.exe is already running. I click ok and nothing happens that pop up won't go away. Sometimes it does but character does not show up.

There was a game patch in January 26 and we are still working on Magelo Sync update. Keep an eye on the homepage where we will let you know when Magelo Sync is up again.
