I cannot see my EQ Profile for my char, when i try to load it, it says system error. Ive deleted my char 3 times and tryed to resync same thing.

I am having the same thing and its happen after I paid for a account not cool guys you need to get this fixed!!!

same for 2 of mine, they where there until i wanted to update, i synchronized them and now i am getting a error with profile message and my char cant not even be manually updated, it can't be found. Hoping it is fixed soon, or we get some kind of information as to what is going on.

So, Are you guys planning to fix these issues anytime soon, Or atleast let us know what the hell is going on... its been 3 days and no one has said anything.

Hi guys,
Sorry for the late feedback on this matter. The issue seems to have been resolved by itself somehow.. I have granted 4 extra days to all our premium users.
