Everytime I try to update it Says: No connection could be made because the Target machine actively refused it. The update and sinc page will come up but it says I need to log a char in. This has been since I hit level 70 months ago. What is wrong?

It looks like you are blocking the connection between Magelo Update and the server hence the message you got. Do you have a firewall ? If yes, please make sure you did not block outgoing connection for Magelo Update.
