The speed issue should be now fixed and as such, Magelo Update has been re enabled. We will fix the remaining issues next week meanwhile all our premium users have been credited 3 weeks on their subscription.

my characters were syncing up alright but I noticed that I was still running 4.0.0. so I uninstalled the magelo updater and reinstalled it ... now I am running the new updater 4.0.2, however none of my characters appear in the updater when I log them on.
Any Ideas on what I should do now?

when i sync, magelo doesnt show my helm at all, its missing from inventory slot and also from my stats. i uninstalled and reinstalled it and its still doin the same thing. just a lil heads up.

I'm getting the same problem that MakFaw is. I run the updater, but none of my characters are showing up on the list, so I can't select the one to synchronize.

Unable to get old updater to run. Uninstalled, updated Java, tried to run updater from Web. All to no avail. I am currently unable to run the Updater. Any suggestions?

I'm having the same issue as MakFaw.
Just so you have a running total.
I run the Updater. It shows as 4.0.2. But no chars listed.
I've tried running the updater first and then EQ, and vice versa. Same thing.
Thanks for all your hard work!

It also appears the music in the profiles are gone, even if I put a valid one up it's not there.

Wow thanks for the credit on our accounts even though the downtime didn't bother me ( that was a major revamp in addition to the changes SoE made ) its still nice to see .
