I just registered and signed up. I downloaded the sync tool and successfully synced 3 of my characters but when I view their inventory, it is blank and their stats are all base stats. Is this a bug or do I have to wait awhile for the sync to load and update?

As you figured out, equipment is not tracked automatically without the premium services.
