Hello, Magelo appears to sync everything except my characters gear. Am I missing something?

I guess without premium it doesn't sync the gear. I managed to fill it in my self.

I am a paid member and When I just did an update, It didn't update ANYTHING, and removed me from my guild, and removed all of my gear, my bank bags, my inventory, EVERYTHING GONE.. https://eq.magelo.com/profile/3373358
