For quite a while now my platinum in my banks or shared banks has not been showing correctly. Also, unaugged items or augged items do not come up in the "my inventory" tab, while it shows in the characters profile page. I am now seeing more than 2 bags in my shared bank. But rather than four slots I only show 3. This is making me doubt whether any of the info displayed is all correct. Is there an update or a patch or something other than normal patches that I haven't done? I have both java 32 & 64 or I wouldn't think to see my profile at all, I'm pretty sure. I've never seen more than 3 shared bank slots. But, the improper display of coin in my bank and not finding things in "My Inventory" has started in the last 6 months. I've waited thinking work may be going on in the background that we couldn't see. But, after no posts and no changes, I thought I should post. ~Thanks

I am having the same problem. When ever I try to open magelo, I get "Unable to synchronize character". This freezes magelo and I have to go into task manager to exit the window. This has been going on for about a month now. I uninstalled and reinstalled magelo with no success.
On a side note, I could not figure out how to open a new ticket so I'm piggybacking on yours.

That's not the same. I can update using magelo Sync. Things just don't show at all or show incorrectly. I have a Legatus Earring on my Shaman equipped and other Legatus items and they don't show in my inventory at all. Berem : https://eq.magelo.com/profile/1869960
It's upsetting that no one has even responded to this.

Now it's really bad. Magelo sync starts but only showed half my characters played. Then I logged one off and it wouldn't show any characters being on even the two that were logged in.
What is going on?

Oh, I understand now. I totally didn't read the piggyback thing. Magelo has really dropped the ball.
