Sorry for the delay cfoxxx15,
The issue is with one of your character which was synced at an unfortunate time in mid december (I patched Magelo Sync with a bug and then re patched 5mn later, you happened to sync that character during that 5mn window).
The character is Chrissa from Kults Krusaders guild. Please simply sync that character again and the problem will go away.

I see that you have synced Chrissa and the issue should be resolved now.
