Hello Jelan.
I am having he same issue reported here by others: after using Sync, my profile came up outright missing gear in 6 slots. I waited about 10 minutes or so, sync'd again, now its showing 16 empty slots. Good luck hunting down the root cause ~!
edit: tried again couple hours later, syn'd fine without any missing equipment. Strange.

Hi Tobynn,
Pretty weird as I was pretty sure I found the root cause and fixed it. If this happens again, please post your Magelo Sync log. Thanks in advance and happy new year !

Hello Jelan, the problem is back again, I have 2 empty slots on my toon and when I logged that toon in to re-sync it isn't sync'ing at all:

I have just patched Magelo Sync (4.6.0) which should solve the remaining issues you are facing. Please give it another try and let me know.

So far, so good, this has been a tough one, let's hope it doesn't resurface again, but for now I'd say everything is working great!

Great to hear. There is no chance for this issue to come back. The bug actually existed since the inception of Magelo Sync but due to some circumstances was only apparent lately and was pretty deep in the stack.
