Hello,
I recently server moved from Luclin to Xegony and joined a new guild. I just tried to run magelo sync and it made me a whole new profile. I read a previous post about how I should have ran sync as soon as I moved and before I joined a new guild. I'm sorry, I didn't realize I had to do this. How can I fix it please so that I can keep my original magelo profile and continue to update that one and not have to have a new one? I have deleted the new profile atm.

I wondered if you were able to find anything out yet? I have a second character on my account that would also need to be fixed. That character name is Babumpus.
Do you need our magelo ids?

Hello,
For now I've just gone ahead and updated Tuona and Babumpus, so we each have two profiles. It's not a big deal really, I just made the other ones private. I'm not sure if it needs to be fixed or if I should just continue with keeping the new profiles updated.
Please let me know the best course of action.

Sorry it took so long, I have fixed the issue manually, please go ahead and sync your toons again and all should be fine. Let me know how it goes.
