Looks like something wrong with the database. I've seen this for all sorts of items but simply lookup sunshard dust and click dropped by. Its quite the mess.

Hi jondolar, Ya I noticed that too and I am planning to do some cleanup soon. Thanks for the report.

I have cleaned the DB as much as I could and fixed the issue in Magelo Sync so that it should not be reporting stuff that are not proper NPCs.
