This char: https://eq.magelo.com/profile/2614988 was given a minor update to the charm slot and when Magelo sync was run, it detected the correct zone, but the char failed to update or appear by name. EDIT: I had also updated another char a few minutes before with no problems. EDIT2: This char also fails to appear and sync: https://eq.magelo.com/profile/3580718 EDIT 3: https://eq.magelo.com/profile/2614988 has now synced successfully.Didn't try the char in EDIT2. Final Edit: All chars syncing fine now!!

Weird this happened... I will mark the issue has fixed but dont hesitate to get back to me if it happens again. And if it does, it would be useful to paste your Magelo Sync log.
