Hello, quite a few of us have sync'd w/ magelo premium and our guild is no longer showing up on the website. Any idea why that might happen?

Is it possible that you are ranked within the guild where you are not allowed to show the guild tag? I have noticed the guild does not update when that is the case.
Guild Management - Access tab - Display Guild Name needs to be enabled for the rank you are (member, officer, etc).
If that is checked, then Jelan will need to look into why this is happening.

i'm the guild leader and havent ever messed w/ those - but i'll check
edit: it's enabled for every rank

Also would like to add i'm not roleplay or anon when syncing. I've sync'd two characters since the guild tag disappeared and a lot of fellow guildmates have also sync'd - nothing seems to be bringing it back

Is Magelo Sync properly detecting your guild and your guild rank ?

Yes - when I go to sync it tells me
Level 65 Warrior - mangler
Leader of The Final Encore
EverQuest

When I search on this website for The Final Encore - it shows up twice. Maybe if you somehow clear them out we can resync and it'll fix it?

That would indeed explain why it is not working if there are 2 guilds with the same name on the same server. Let me look into it asap.

FWIW, I am experiencing the same issue.

Magelo Sync v 6.4.2 correctly displays my guild "Kith and Kin" on Mangler. However Magelo web shows 'Unguilded'

Many of my characters no longer show up in guilds now, either.
