I can get to collections either through Achievements> Rain of Fear > Collections > The smellier The Better or My Collectibles > Achievements > Rain of Fear > Collections > Which puts me in the same database so near as I can tell. Is this supposed to sync? If so, what can I change to make it happen? If not I'd just like to know so I stop hoping. Thanks.

Using "My collectibles" will allow you to see where your characters stand regarding those collectibles. For your character Llantha, regarding its achievements in Rain of Fear, i see the following:

I don't understand. I have completed The Smellier the Better in Rain of Fear / Breeding Grounds. Navigated to your screen. https://photos.app.goo.gl/5yqJK1T5hV6oSgUH8 I go ahead and look at Master of the Rain of Fear and get this- no information which is character specific. https://photos.app.goo.gl/GqUPX7sQiQdChc4c6 Hover and I get this. https://photos.app.goo.gl/9g6MFjA8wF3v5LJL8 Navigate to a collection that I finished and got 13 AAs for and here is what I see. https://photos.app.goo.gl/6JzHgnA8t7YSM1Mx6 What am I doing wrong? Why isn't is showing 1/1 for each cheese? Sorry for the links. Couldn't figure out how to insert screengrabs. It's late and I have Covid Brain. Thanks.

You are missing the top filters, that is your issue. In the screenshot below: I clicked on Completed(607) top filter to show only the completed achievements. Further filtered the list by clicking on the facets: Category: Rain of Fear Sub: Collections Then I can see there are 23 completed collections and among them is the smeller the better I hope this clarify things for you.

The individual collectible completion is not client side data, only have access to the metadata that shows the requirements are to collect 0/1 of each item.
