So I have also tried using the contact Us button, but get a webpage error, so not sure if this has went through. Please provide some feedback regarding this issue.

This was my fault, the holiday offer actually expired the 15th but the banner was still up until the 17th hence the confusion... I have granted you the extra 90 days manually.
